The Biomechanics of Common Golf Injuries

Golf has been the sport with the highest incidence of low back injuries for many years. The repetitive, unilateral, combined flexion and rotation of the lumbar spine is the perfect recipe for low back pain. This program educates the golfer about proper spinal and swing mechanics and addresses other common golf-related musculoskeletal issues. Golf fitness and prevention strategies are also covered.
