Greater Rochester Therapeutic Massage.
Your chiropractor may recommend Massage Therapy as a part of your treatment plan. However, we also welcome massage clients who are not currently patients.

Treat Yourself and Improve Your Health

Massage is increasingly becoming recognized as a valid way of improving and maintaining one's health.

We can help you destress and unwind your nervous system with Relaxation Massage, rehab your injuries or medical conditions with Myofascial Trigger Point Work, or release pent-up energy and increase range-of-motion to tight muscles with Sports or PNF Techniques.

All Massage Therapy sessions are provided in a professional environment by highly trained therapists who are licensed and skilled in various Massage Therapy modalities. Personal modesty is respected at all times. Your satisfaction and comfort with your individual Massage Therapy session is our first priority.

Massage Therapists:

Eileen Gallagher
is a graduate of the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage here in Rochester and has been practicing at this office since 2001. She enjoys the challenge of working in a chiropractic office as it offers the opportunity to practice a variety of modalities in Alternative and Complementary Health Care. She uses Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and PNF techniques, as well as Relaxation Massage.

Bruce Merla
comes to us after working in Radiation Oncology in cancer centers across the country over the past 25 years. Now he is perfecting his techniques on helping to release those specific muscles which have been "locked up" for years in stubborn contraction. He has taken advanced courses in Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy and St. John Neuromuscular Release and can offer pin-point accuracy with his caring touch.

Ama Merla
has been interested in the positive power of touch and how it helps in healing the body, mind and spirit. She has taken extra training in the Eastern techniques of massage. She combines aspects of these styles with Focused Breathing, soothing Hot Stones and Energy Work to personalize each session, making it a unique healing experience. Deep Relaxation and Stress Reduction massage are her specialty.
