  • Retrains damaged muscles
  • Strengthens and stabilizes spinal structure
  • Speeds rehabilitation
  • Helps chiropractic adjustments hold
  • Personalized Care, Overseen by Your Doctor
    • Personalied strengthening program designed around your specific condition

    What is Exercise Therapy?

A set of repetitive stretching or strengthening maneuvers designed to develop weakened muscle groups that support the spine and provide coordinated movement to the extremities. Specific exercises help rehabilitate and stabilize the spine and extremities.

    How Does Exersice Therapy work?
The individual bones of the spine and extremeties are held in place by muscles and ligaments. Proper motion and position of these bones are crucial for proper nervous system function, correct posture, and overall good health. Exercises and repeated maneuvers help re-pattern and recondition these connective tissues.

What Can I Expect From Exercise Therapy?
Results take time. Exercise Therapy is one of the least expensive and most effective ways to speed your recovery, stabilize your spine, and help prevent a relapse. Exercise Therapy can also be used to effectively transition you from more passive treatments to more active approaches and independence, such as a gym membership.
